The Red Book Bards, formerly known as the York Brewery Bards, are a small, friendly, writing group who meet in York, North Yorkshire. We are currently in the process of putting together our very first collection of short stories, as well as writing and publishing work individually.
Our writing styles vary considerably, from science fiction through historical fiction through to crime, horror and poetry.
Previously affilliated with The Open University, we are now an independent writing group, and welcome new members. Email us if you would like more details about our monthly meetings.
